He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Marcotte and Yvonne Marcotte (Grondin); his wife Doris Marcotte; and his siblings, Norman Marcotte, Roland Marcotte and Estelle Belliveau.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Marcotte (Debra) of Milton, NH, Anita Sanborn (Robert) of East Rochester, Cheryl Root (Ronald) of Rochester and June Marcotte of Stuart. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great -grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
It wasn't until Covid kept him from the golf courses that he started to slow down.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Veterans Affairs in Norbert's honor.
