He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Zeb" Matheson Jr. and Olive Matheson (Perkins); and his siblings, Susan Springer (Richard) of Weare, Howard Matheson (Linda) of Gilman, VT, Josephine Corey (Glenn) of Weare, Donald Matheson of Weare, Helen Burnham (Bill) of Dunbarton and Timothy Matheson of Weare.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Matheson (Corey) of Weare; his children, Linda Lee Luffman (Mike) of Henniker, William Matheson IV (Bianca) of New Boston and Crystal Heafield (Craig) of New Boston; his grandchildren, Kristy Townes (Eldon Jr.), Katy Aucoin (Mitchell), Rebecca Matheson, William Matheson V, Maggie Heafield, Belle Heafield, John Heafield, Eldon Townes III, Leighton Townes and Mason Aucoin; and his aunt Marilyn Buxton (Roger) of Concord. He is also survived by his grandkids and great grandkids.
