He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Proulx and Rebecca Proulx (Pray); his wife Patricia Jo Proulx (Schehl); his son Michael; and his brothers, Denis Proulx and Peter Proulx.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Proulx (Mary-Beth) of Franklin, MA and Christopher Proulx of Manchester, NH; his brother Barry Proulx of Manchester, NH; and his grandchildren, Madeleine, Theresa, Ethan and Dominic.
It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Proulx to the Wounded Warrior Project or the NH Motorcyclists Rights Organization Toy Run.
