Malcolm W. Swain Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 91, Malcolm W. Swain Sr. of Weare, New Hampshire, born in Laconia, New Hampshire passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Malcolm W. Swain Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Swain and Mildred Swain (Terrell); his brother-in-law Frederick Kania Sr.; his nephew James Kania; his sister-in-law Dorothy Runnals; his daughters-in-law, Sandra Swain and Tammy Baron; his parents-in-law, Noel and Rose Runnals; his nephew Jeffery Kania; and his niece Noeleen Runnals.
He is survived by: his pets, OJ and Pumpkin; his children, Malcolm Swain Jr. (Teresa Aguirre) of Plymouth, Caron Beard (Barry) of Pownal, ME, Charon Duranleau of Sunapee, Terry Swain (Catherine) of Pittsburg, Liberte Dragon (Michael) of Warner, Jonathan Swain (Ruth) of Loudon, Laura Pillsbury (Shane) of Springfield and Jerry Baron (Rachel) of North Berwick, ME; his grandchildren, Tricia Hurd, Cristy Wisell, Molly McCutcheon, Abigail Beard, Jeff Paine, Sarah Paine, Elizabeth Swain Rempfer, MD, Adam Dragon, Joseph Dragon, Greg Dragon, Robert Sprague, Nichole Swain, Megan Cormier, Paige Hargis, Katlyn Wyatt, Connor Pillsbury, Jeremy Baron, Eric Baron and Tonya Thomas; his sister Marjorie Kania; his brother-in-law Noel Runnals Jr.; and also Michael Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express a special thanks to Merrimack County Nursing Home and their staff during these tough times of pandemic isolation, for their wonderful care and love they provided to our father. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic a Graveside Ceremony will be held in the spring of 2021 at the family lot South Road Cemetery, Belmont.
