He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Foss and Philip Foss; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Foss Carey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Harriman; and his brother David Foss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous family members and friends.
