He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Radefeld and Annabelle Radefeld (Reidy); and his brothers, Dave Radefeld and Bob Radefeld. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Radefeld (James DeMellia); his granddaughter Charlotte DeMellia; his siblings, James Radefeld (Brenda), Laura Radefeld (James Battochi), Carol Travasino (Peter) and Kathy Palumbo; and his sister-in-law Lisa Radefeld (Fancy Nancy).
