He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his parents, Bob Chapman and Ellie Chapman; his sister Heather; and his nieces and nephews, Emma, Vincent, Matthew and Megan.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund in his name has been created on GoFundMe to assist his wife and sons carry on with his memory.
