He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Shatney; and his children, Ken Shatney (Peg Shatney), Keith Whittemore (Joleen) and Penny Willard (Craig Willard). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, several sisters, nieces, and nephews.
