He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blackburn and Gertrude Blackburn (Ellis); his wife Kathleen Blackburn (Quandt); and his son Jeffrey Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Christine Kroken (Randy) and Andrew Blackburn (Donna) of Weare, NH; his grandchildren, Brooke and Joshua; his brothers, Robert Blackburn (Marion) of Florida and David Blackburn (Lisa) of Amesbury; and his son-in-law Jim Riccio. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
