She is survived by: her husband Butch Spencer of Warren; her children, Michael Spencer of Warren, Laurie Foley (Edward) of Whitefield, Marcia Belyea of Warren and Elaine Ball (James) of Glencliff, NH; her grandchildren, Kimberly Oliver (Marcus), Timothy Foley (Rachel), Jaimie-Lyn Foley, Zoey Ball, Zabrina Ball, Jack Ball, Thayne Spencer, Brooke Spencer and Jonathan Spencer; her great grandchildren, Graham, Calvin, McKinley, Myler, Colton, Mathieu, Jay, Bode, Mason, London and Desmond; and her sister Donna Heal of Rumney. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
