"Bud" Chase; her son Todd Hicks; her brother Robert Towers; her husband Randy Whitcher of Warren; her siblings, Judy Roystan (Robert) of Bath, NH, Kay Stevenson (Bruce) of Columbus, OH, Paula Haney of Orlando, FL and David Towers (Maretta) of Alburgh, VT; and her sister-in-law Carolyn of Columbus, OH. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
