He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blake and Roxie Harriman Bunnell Smith. He is survived by: his wife Roxana; his sons, Dr. Gerald A. Smith (Philippa) and Douglas C. Smith Sr. (Michele); his grandchildren, Allison, Abigail, Douglas Jr., Benjamin and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Claire, Mary, Jaxon, Thomas and Stevie; and his sister-in-law Joyce Cantu.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chadwick Funeral Home (235 Main St, New London, NH 03257). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Church of Warner (45 E Main St, Warner, NH 03278).
