He is survived by: his children, John F. Blake, Jr. of Warner, Kelsey Blake of Contoocook, Taylor Blake of Orange and Jennifer Blake of Palm Coast, FL; and his siblings, Thomas Blake (Virginia) of Hanover, James Blake (Lisa) of Quincy, MA, Kathleen Tusi (Edward) of Raynham, Carol McArthur (Dennis) of Weymouth, MA, Deborah Pomar (Miguel), Robert Blake (Doreen) of Hanover, MA and Donna Disalvio (Peter) of Rockland, MA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
