She was predeceased by: her brother Andrew Zaikowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Hoffacker (Scott), Darlene Forst, Johanna Forst, John Hamilton and Evelyn Allen (Aaron); and her brothers, Ronald Zaikowski and Leonard Zaikowski.
