He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Ouellette and Jeannette Ouellette (Demers); his wife Suzanne Drake (Piper); his children, Donna Garcia, Jason Shields, Amy Ouellette, Kim Royea, Dawn Welch and Troy Drake; his siblings, Larry Ouellette and Cynthia Ouellette of Londonderry, NH; and his niece Andrea Ouellette. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
