He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Vaine (Dunton) and Leo Vaine; and his son Michael A. Vaine. He is survived by: his wife Judy Vaine; his daughter Teresa Graves (Art); his granddaughter Jaidyn Graves; his siblings, Tara Morris, Timothy and Anthony Vaine; and his parents-in-law, Wayne Ellis (Priscilla), Lynn Raymond and Carlene Allard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Terry's name are suggested to be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (http://www.st.jude.org).
