He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cumings and Margaret Cumings (Woodward) of Troy, NH.; his former wife Lillian Javala of Troy; his friend Arthur; his brothers, Taylor, William and Calvin; and his great grandchild Abigail Cumings Fish.
He is survived by: his wife Weltha; his children, Allen Jr. (Mary), Thomas, Kim Kane and Melinda Spill; his son-in-law Jeffrey; his stepsons, Ted Smith (Cindy) and Tim Smith; and his friends, Harold Newell of Troy, NH and John Waite of Maine. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
