He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Adeline Peinert; his adoptive parents, Oliver Tarr and Theresa Tarr; his children, Diane Landers (Paul), Daniel Tarr (Deborah), Christopher Tarr, Robert Tarr (Birget), Kerry Tarr, Susanne Pollier and Thomas Tarr (Jocelyn); his siblings-in-law, Dan Howard, Barbara Costantino and Penny Cave; his mother-in-law Phila Brill; his wife Nancy Tarr; and his former wife Madeleine Tarr. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, several other extended family members and friends.
