He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cullen (Page); his children, Elizabeth Medina (Emmanuel) of Tilton, Richard Cullen, Jr. (Shannon) of Laconia and Jason Cullen (Rebekah) of Belmont; his stepdaughter Deborah Hamlin of Florida; his grandchildren, Olivia, Meredyth Robillard, Richard, Kyle Cullen, Noah and Natalee Cullen; and his brothers, Ralph Cullen (Reta) and Robert Cullen (Marsha).
