He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard A. Cilley, Sr. and Valerie Cilley (Bighley) of Tilton; his sons, Razor Raymond Cilley of Gilford and Randy Cilley of Franklin; his grandchildren, Joseph, James and Jesse; and his siblings, Rosanne Cilley of Tilton and Douglas Cilley of Thailand.
