She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Belair and Helen Belair (Turchin). She is survived by: her children, Alyssa Garcia (Brandon Gallegos) and Matthew Garcia (Shawna Grismer); her grandsons, Elijah and Isaac Gallegos; her brothers, Dennis Belair of Tilton, NH and Robert Belair of San Francisco; her niece Dawn Belair; and her nephew Garrett Belair of Tilton, NH.
