It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nicole Penley of Tilton, New Hampshire, born in Laconia, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, June Noyes of Franklin, Kenneth Douville, Marilyn Douville of Claremont and MaryJane Thibeault of Franklin; her father-in-law Carl Penley; her grandmother Jenny; and her cousin John Hall of Tilton.
She is survived by: her parents, John W. Noyes, Sr. of Franklin and Patrice Noyes (Thibeault); her husband Clifford Penley of Tilton; her children, Kylie Penley of Tilton, Clifford Bow Penley of Tilton and Kenneth Penley of Tilton; her brother John W. Noyes, Jr. (Melissa Preston) of Laconia; her cousin Amberlee Nowell-Smock of Bristol; her great-grandparent Lillian Thibeault of Epsom; her grandfather Normand Thibeault of Concord; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph Noyes of Franklin, Jakoby and Abigail Noyes of Laconia. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
