He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Oppenheimer and Else Oppenheimer (Sternberg). He is survived by: his significant other Ellen (Simon); and his children, Nancy LeVinus (Rich) of Franklin, NH, Susan Meller (Mark) of Norwalk, CT and Philip Oppenheimer (Helen) of Glendale, Arizona. He is also survived by several nephews, a niece, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
