She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Ames and Beatrice Bragg; her grandmother Blanche Ames; her former spouse Gil Hanks; her children, Michael Hanks of Belize, Melinda Hanks (Erik Parker Sr.) of Tilton, NH and Marcia Chase (John Sr.) of Moultonborough, NH; and her husband John. She was also cherished by her 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
