It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Cecil Lambert of Swanzey, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cecil and Ruth Jennings Lambert; his daughter Michele Lambert LaFond; and his granddaughters, Nickey LaFond and Danielle Kaichen.
He is survived by: his close friend Billy; his uncle Sam; his wife Maxine "Mickey" Rae Buckley; his children, Scott Lambert (Clover Burns) of Swanzey, Cynthia Lambert (Randy Hudson) of Keene and Debra Lambert of Arizona; his sisters, Olive Pickering and Helen Cantlin; his grandchildren, Matthew Lambert (Jessica), Fallon Lambert Ball (Ryan) and Kristin Gilligan; and his niece Deborah Pickering. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elks National Foundation in Herbert's name through the Keene Elks Lodge.
