He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Whitbeck and Evelyn Whitbeck; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Sue Whitbeck; his sons, Woodrow Whitbeck (Linda Chadbourne) of Pembroke and Eric Whitbeck (Betty King); and his grandson Eunjae of Portland.
