He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rowell and Mary Rowell (Owen). He is survived by: his children, Devon Rowell of Loudon and Taylor Towle of Concord; his siblings, Russell Rowell of Colebrook, Bunnie Rowell of York, ME, Heidi Rowell of Hooksett and Andrea Rowell of Danbury, Maternal; and his grandfather Walter Owen of Loudon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
