He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Theberge and Mary Migetz Theberge; the mother of his children Paulette Theberge; and his sisters, Bonnie York, Wendy Haskell and Penny Morel.
He is survived by: his daughter Leigh Bickerstaff; his grandson Nicholas of Bedford, NH; his son Kevin Theberge; his daughter-in-law Angela; his grandson Theodore of Pembroke, NH; and his son Matthew Theberge of Berlin, NH.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
