She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Jones (Stearns) and Byron Jones; and her siblings, Russell Jones (Dot) and Beverly Cutts (Stanley). She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Osborne (Donna) and Lee Palmer; and her nieces, Terry Osborne, Dale Osborne, Diane Cotter (Jones), Candy Cutts and Cindy Putnam (Cutts).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rachael's name to the Sunapee Historical Society or Sunapee United Methodist Church.
