She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Colgan Bilson and Grace Angela Bilson (Meehan); her friend Thelma Jamison (Homschek); her significant other Donald Seavey; her son Don Jr. (Donna); her parents-in-law, Carlyle and Esther Seavey; her grandchildren, Chris Stanley (Alicia), Jim Stanley, Rachel Lund (Chris), Hannah Preston and Monica Preston; and her siblings-in-law, Tom, Connie Mann of Rochester, NH and Florence Simonton of Salem, OR.
In lieu of flowers, Joan's children ask that you look to the sky as you hear an airplane pass by and envision their parents together once again soaring the heavens.
