He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert Rowe and Florence Rowe (Johnson); his siblings, Lisa Tremblay, Dianne Archambault and Kenny Rowe; his wife Donna Rowe; his child Kristal (Richard Rosenbeck III); his grandsons, Richard IV and William; his son Ernest "Buddy" Rowe (Caitlin); his granddaughters, Elsa and Hattie; and his stepdaughter Terri Crawford. He was also cherished by numerous step children and step grandchildren.
