He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weinstein and Emma Blodgett Weinstein; and his wife Jean Harrison Weinstein. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Digilio; his children, Charles Weinstein, Jr., Kathy Weinstein (Greg Noyes) and Julie Usko; his grandchildren, Craig Heino, Brian Heino, Rylee Weinstein, Ethan Weinstein, Taylor Usko and Danielle Usko; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua Heino, Addilyn, Brysen and Carsyn Heino.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Woodlawn Care Center Resident's Care Fund, 84 Pine Street, Newport, NH 03773.
