He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Palmer and Mildred Palmer (Eastman); his wife Elva Carrie Palmer; and his son Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his son Wayne Palmer (Virginia); his grandchildren, Ryan Palmer (Jessica Dennis) and Kimberly (Palmer); and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Caleb, Hayden, Bryce, Lilly and Leah Palmer.
