Lorraine A. Stuart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine A. Stuart of Stratham, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Poté and Margaret Poté (Lyons); her husband James A. Stuart; and her sisters, Marguerite Hanlon and Doris Poté.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lorraine (John Merrill), Virginia Stuart (John Hill), Anne Stuart (Paul Santos), Carolyn Stuart (Peter Alden), Laura Stuart, Meredith Alden and Penny Holmes; and also, Nathan, Judy Merrill, Justin, Leah Merrill, Lindsay Hill, Eliza Hill (Aidan Down), Emily Holmes (Chloe Holmes), Christopher, Kirsten Holmes, Claire Holmes, Dante Santos, Jacob Alden, Hannah (Justin Dye), Sammy Merrill, Catherine Merrill and Ana Niemi. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Lorraine became adept at using FaceTime and memorably celebrated her 90th birthday with family members near and far via Zoom.
