He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Preston and Margaret Preston (Burke); his wife Maurine Preston (McSorley); and his brothers, Richard, Russell and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Ellen Flies (Raymund) of Bonita Springs, FL, Barbara Preston (Jeni Mosca) of Stratham, NH, Mark Preston of Seabrook, NH and Michael Preston (Mary) of Falmouth, MA.; and his grandchildren, Matthew Preston (Jamie), Marcia Preston (Michael Shea), Maurine Preston Dahlbloom (Arvid), Timothy Preston (Meghan) and Daniel Preston. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
