He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florence Mayola Wall and Howard Elmer Thurston; his children, Stephanie Holladay of Portland, Oregon and Dana (Eileen) of Stratham; his brother John of Westwood, Mass.; his sister-in-law Robin of Manchester; his grandchildren, James and Amanda Holladay of Oregon; his wife Jean; his brother William; and his grandson Jordan. He was also cherished by niece and nephews.
