She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Neilson and Mary Neilson (Livingston); her husband Robert DeCosta; her son Robert; and her brother William Neilson.
She is survived by: her son David DeCosta; her sister Audrey Lariviere; her children, Helen DeCosta (Paul Bourque) of Haverhill and Craig DeCosta (Laura Moxley) of No; her daughter-in-law Christine DeCosta of Quincy, MA; her sisters, Mary MacInnis of Stratham, NH and Frances Ciampoli of Cresco, PA; and her grandchildren, Theodora DeCosta (Shane Elliott) of Quincy, MA, Dawn DeCosta, Hannah Bourque, Hayley Bourque, Sean Kilcoyne, Kaelyn Kilcoyne, Elle DeCosta and Nathan DeCosta.
