He was predeceased by: his aunt Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son George (Patricia Khoury); his nephew Max of Salem; and his friends, Steven and Robert. He is also survived by his niece, grandniece, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
