He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Couch and Mary Couch (Montgomery). He is survived by: his spouse Erna Mae Couch (Dickerman); his children, Chad Curtis (Michelle) of Epping, Jim Couch (Kristi) of Dover, Ben Couch (Dawn Marie), Gordon Couch (Amanda) and Laurianne Belanger (Richard) of Berwick, ME.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, Cameron, Jacob, Tyler, Grace and Maria; his great grandchildren, Shealy, Mikhail, Noah and Brayden; and his sisters, Vonna Carroll of Indiana and Pam McPherron of Indiana.
