He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Chambers and Juanita Chambers (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Candace Chambers (Foss); his sons, Shane (Suzanne Stevens) and Shon (Julie Stevens); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Hollie Stevens) and Breanna Stevens; his great grandchildren, Parker Stevens, Leo Furman and Ryley Dumont; and his sister Katherine (Everett Dupont).
