He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Nellie Bragdon (Gardella) and Russell Kenneth Allen Jr. Jerry; and his sons, Gerald Jr. and Richard William Allen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Allen (Childs) of Strafford; his daughter Brandi Lynne Allen; and his siblings, Russell Allen, Theodore Allen (Karen) and Candice Daggett (William). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in laws and other beloved family and friends.
