He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Bunce Bauer and Clifford Bauer; and his former wife Bonnie Ridley Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Bauer of Spofford; his daughter Hazel M. Bauer of West Chesterfield; his stepchildren, Loralie M. O'Brien (Brenton) of Swanzey, Suzette E. Christy of Charleston, S. C., Heidi Hurt of Swanzey, Kristen Supry (Josh) of Spofford, John Smith of Danbury and Tarrance Smith of Bristol, CT.; his siblings, Nancy J. Shaw (Charles) of Marlborough, Anne B. Parsons (Edward) of Windham and Steven V. Bauer (Brenda Stowe) of Gilford; and his grandchildren, Riley Kohler, Zoie Supry, Hudson Hurt, Liam O'Brien and Logan O'Brien. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
