He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Plifka (Gapinski) and Valenti Plifka; his siblings, Stanley Plifka, Steven Plifka and Jennie Bousquet; and his granddaughter Heather Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Betty N. Plifka of Spofford; his children, Deborah A. Desrosiers (Arthur) of Keene, Pamela M. Glaude (David) of Manchester, Karen E. Fiala (Henry) of Manchester and Zigmund C. Plifka of Milford; and his grandchildren, Christopher Davis, Lorraine Davis and Nathaniel Desrosiers. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
