He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis J. Collins; his sisters, Madeline C. Blair and Elizabeth Collins; his grandchildren, Sarah Lynne Brennan and James Clark Brennan; and also, George A. Blair Jr. and Stephen W. Blair.
He is survived by: his parents, Clark W. Collins Sr. of Manchester, NH and Madeline Fuller of Lynn, MA.; his children, Laurie Hart, Charles Dana Collins and Laurie E. Brennan; his grandson Colin Brennan; and also Lee E. Hart.
