He is survived by: his parents, Frank P. McBride and Helen Irene McHugh; his wife Phyllis Sprague (Tillie); his children, Dale Sprague, Kathie Sama and Denise Crowley; his wife Nancy Lee Danis of Pittsfield; his stepchildren, Patti Young, Gayle Cramer and Joni Young; his siblings, Corinne "Honey" Hooper of Sanbornville and Jimmy McBride of Rochester; and also, Shawn McBride, Tammy Byrne and Michael McBride.

Donations in his memory may be made to Lydia's House of Hope, 21 Grand St., Somersworth, NH 03878.
