She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richard and Georgianna Richard; her son Thomas Houle; her stepdaughter Beverly Holmberg; her former husband Gerard A. Houle; and her husband William B. Holmberg.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Houle Gontoski (Wayne Gontoski) of Greenbush and Ricky Houle of Harpswell, Maine.; her stepdaughter Sandra Hall; her daughter-in-law Catherine Lajoie-Houle; her niece Betty Mucher; and her nephews, Rodney Gaskell and Paul Martineau. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
