Kathleen M. Riihimaki Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen M. Riihimaki of Somersworth, New Hampshire, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin C. Cook and Marguerite Murphy Cook; her brother Lawrence Cook of Malden, MA.; and her daughters, Rachel Tanguay of Chandler, AZ and Christine Mitchell of Lynn, MA..
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her daughters, Linda Riihimaki of Danvers, MA and Patricia Craven of Peabody, MA.; and her great grandchildren, Steven Harger of Peabody, MA, Jackson Brown of Danvers, MA and Quentin Mitchell of Lynn, MA.. She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tasker Funeral Home (621 Central Ave, Dover, NH 03820). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martin Church (120 Maple Street, Somersworth, NH 03878).
One of her many interests was knitting and crocheting, often donating those projects to others.
