He is survived by: his child Jerry; his wife Cape Cod; his children, Keith Costanza (Ilana Robbins) and Wendy Ayotte; his son-in-law Dan Ayotte; his grandchildren, Emma, Max and Lily Ayotte; and his sister Alice Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and two brothers.
