She was predeceased by: her father Leo Young; and her stepfather Frederick Rano. She is survived by: her mother Betty Rano (Thompson) of Gorham, NH; her husband Jay Barnett; her son Ryan Bernier (Chelsea Demastrie); her grandson Adrian Demastrie of Hillsboro, NH; her daughter Kayla Turner (Brandon Turner) of Hickory, NC; her half-sisters, Michele Martin of Berlin, NH and Melissa Merchant (Jim Merchant) of Loudon, NH; her uncles, Wilfred Thompson of Littleton, NH and Hugh Thompson of Gorham, NH; and her aunt Darlene Patry of Gorham, NH. She is also survived by several cousins, two nephews, and a niece.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Public House (402 Page Hill Rd, Tamworth, NH 03886).
