He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Chamberlain and Caroline Chamberlain (Wheeler). He is survived by: his wife Janet F. Chamberlain (Johnson); his son Michael P. Chamberlain (Deven); his granddaughter Kylie; and his siblings, Bruce Chamberlain (Susan), Joyce Simpson and Cheryl Dowdell (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
